3. Receive the Hon Treasurer's Financial Report for 2009/2010

4. Announce retirement of Committee Members

5. Appoint Management Committee Members for 2010/2011

6. Installation of new Chairman

This year we have great honour to have the IGEM President, Mr. Gordon Davies, to witness the AGM of the Far East District Section. Presidential Seminar will be held after the AGM. We are glad to invite the IGEM President, Mr. Gordon Davies, as our honourable guest speaker to deliver a presentation on Changing UK Gas Industry. He will share the latest situation and challenges faced by the UK Gas Industry to our Far East Members.

Mr. Gordon Davies has been a member of the Institution of Gas Engineers & Managers for over 40 years, a Chartered Engineer for 38 years and is a Fellow of The Institution. He is currently in his fifth term as an Ordinary Member of Council and has also served on Council as a District Section Member. He has been a District Section Chairman, Honorary Secretary of the Eastern Section and also served as President of the former Eastern County Gas Association.
